REFUNDS & RETURNS
I endeavour to ensure your order is received safely, within the 5-7 working day time frame and to your specifications. However, sometimes things go wrong!
If you have ordered a personalised item, this is non-refundable unless it is damaged or faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If your order is damaged or faulty please contact me to discuss a replacement or refund. If I accept the return of an item, return postage will be refunded to you.
If your order is delayed or missing, please contact me to discuss. I use Royal Mail and Hermes and obtain a proof of postage certificate. A claim can be made and a replacement item can be reposted.
If you want to cancel, due to the nature of personalised products I can only accept a cancellation before I have started to make your item. Please contact me to discuss as soon as possible.
If there are any other problems, please don't hesitate to contact me by email or text and I will reply as soon as possible.
